Frequently asked questions

How do the stories work? Every story is written by an author and performed live by an AI narrator around your choices. The first chapter of every story is free; after that you unlock the full story with a single purchase. No subscription, no coins.

I paid, but the story is still locked. Reload the page or open the story again; a purchase is normally processed within a minute. If it stays locked, email us with the email address of your account.

Can I get a refund? For purchases on the website, our withdrawal and refund policy in the terms of service applies. If you bought in the iOS app, the purchase goes through Apple and you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account? You can do this yourself, directly in the app or on the site: open your profile settings and choose delete account. See also our privacy policy.

Who is Fatekissed for? Fatekissed is intended for players aged 16 and up.
